We recently moved into our new home. Kevin arrived today to service our gas fireplace which hadn’t been serviced in a couple of years. As I was not familiar with this unit, Kevin’s knowledge and expertise answered all my questions. Step by step he guided me through the process. Even though we are at season’s end for fireplace use, I now feel comfortable in turning on our fireplace and enjoying a glass of wine with my wife as we watch the flames dance across the logs.

Kevin visited yesterday and provided a diagnostic inspection of one of our two propane stoves as well as got it working. He idenitified a need to replace the pilot light and Kim called today to get my credit card to place the pilot light order. Very professional and customer-friendly company.
