Parts lookup requests take time to do correctly. It doesn’t help you to waste time chasing the wrong part. Please fill out the parts form with all information if you want us to help you in the shortest amount of time possible. It is common for folks to buy the wrong fireplace parts on Amazon or Ebay. Many of these third party cheap parts are not graded for use in our fireplaces. Cheap parts break quickly and buying low quality parts leads to frustration when you need heat from your hearth the most!
We answer part lookup requests as we are able Tuesday thru Friday 10am – 5pm. The goal of this part lookup form is to help our customers find the right fireplace or stove part. After we figure out what you need, we order it to be shipped or picked up in person at our showroom.

Where to find replacement parts if you need help with a brand we do not carry?
At The Stove Shop, our service area is in Southeastern Pennsylvania. If you do not have a Hearth & Home Technologies, Vermont Castings, Heatilator, Heat & Glo, SimpliFire, Harman, Quadra-Fire or Forge & Flame heating appliance we will likely not be able to help you with your part request.
