There are no words for the level of caretaking and concern delivered by The Stove Shop. We had a competitor come out and tols us it would be 100K to fix our 2 gas fireplace that wetre working but the remote was failing. We Called Stove Shop and Alex the manager said let them come out he was sure they could get them fixed. A few parts and a repairing of our remotes fixed them 100%. From Kim the sheduler to Nick and Kevin who fixed the units...they were prompt, communicative, cleaned the glas so it was like brand new. And affordable. What a breath of fresh air ro find an honest---quality company....Karen Bausman

We LOVE our new gas fireplace with heater fan ( replaced existing one ) !! From Alex in the show room to Ian ( surveyor ), Eric and Dan the installers and the ladies in customer service - everyone was great. Eric and Dan explained everything they were doing. They were neat, professional and efficient! We highly recommend the Stove Shop and we are glad we shopped around. The local place wanted to charge $1500 just to remove our old one 😡 , Stove Shop only charged $300. Thank you again to The Stove Shop!!

Nick and Dan installed our Heat & Glo Escape propane insert and did a fantastic job. They were efficient and thorough, making sure to answer questions. They were professional and walked through the controls for the remote with clear instructions. Thanks again Nick and Dan!

We purchased our gas fireplace a few years ago from The Stove Shop. We absolutely have been thrilled with the purchase. Their technicians like Kevin Shea are absolutely the best in knowledge and service. We have them in for our annual inspection and our gas fireplace continues to run perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new fireplace.

We are SO happy! Kevin came today and was very professional , knowledgeable and friendly! My husband and I are excited to finally be able to use our 17 year old fireplace again, Kevin did an awesome job! This was our first experience with the Stove Shop and definitely not the last, we will highly recommend these guys to everyone! Thanks guys!
