Step 1: Visit our Showroom and Get an Initial Project Estimate
We get you an estimated full project price for your new gas fireplace, pellet insert or wood stove installation. We may not be certain about things like gas lines or electrical labor, but you will have a very good sense of the total project range by the end of your time in our showroom. If you are comfortable with the project budget range, we get you scheduled for a site visit at your home. Usually we are able to schedule you for an in-home site visit with our estimator within a week or two of visiting our fireplace showroom.
At the in-home site visit, our goal is to confirm the estimate as written in our Phoenixville, PA fireplace showroom. Before we come out to your home, it is crucial that you are certain about the product you want to purchase. We offer site visit for free because it is our expectation that you have already determined what product you want to install in our showroom. It is okay if you are deciding between two similar models of the same fuel type! (We just can’t write final quotes for multiple scenarios until you choose what you want to purchase in our showroom.)
Typically, if you have not seen a product in person, it is very hard for you to know if you will like it. We highly encourage coming into our fireplace showroom before expecting to have us come out to your home for a free site visit and final project quote.
